If you have sent more coins<\/strong> than you were supposed to, your payment might still be approved<\/strong>.\u00a0
If everything is in order, your cryptocurrency payment will be approved. The remaining amount<\/strong> of cryptocurrency which was sent "on top" of the required amount will be refunded to you<\/strong>.\u00a0
Important note<\/strong>: You will receive a cryptocurrency refund if the overpaid amount is worth at least 10 EUR<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

You will receive an email<\/strong> informing you that your payment was successful and that a refund of the remaining amount will be issued<\/strong>. To receive the refund, you must click the corresponding button<\/strong> in the email. By clicking it, you will be taken to a page where you must provide a valid cryptocurrency address<\/strong> to receive the coins.
To be able to continue with the refund, you will also need to verify your email address<\/strong>. You will be sent a 4-digit<\/strong> code, which will need to be entered in a pop-up that will appear on the screen.<\/p>\n

Additionally, if you have sent any cryptocurrency (less, the exact, or more than required) but the cryptocurrency payment fails<\/strong>, you will receive a full refund of your coins<\/strong>. As described above, you will receive an email informing you about the transaction status and the cryptocurrency refund. To begin the refund process, you will need to click on the corresponding button.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Please be informed that it is your responsibility to provide us with a valid and correct cryptocurrency address<\/strong>, over which you have full control. The address must support the cryptocurrency type (and network)<\/strong> that you will receive. Any mistakes in the wallet address might result in the loss of the cryptocurrency. Once the coins are sent to the provided address, we have no more control over them, and our part of the process is over<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
