Please be aware that <strong>once your payment is approved and the cryptocurrency is sent, our part of the transaction is over, as we no longer have access to that cryptocurrency<\/strong>. Therefore, we always strongly recommend using your wallet to ensure you have access to the cryptocurrency you bought.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>A refund can only be offered from our side if the payment is approved and the cryptocurrency can not be delivered for technical or other reasons<\/strong>.
