Once you press "Sell cryptocurrency<\/strong>" and select the coin from the list, you will see this page with a summary of what coin is being sold, how you will get paid – via bank transfer or card<\/strong>, and how many Euros you will receive:<\/p>\n

After you press "Continue<\/strong>", you will be redirected to the email verification stage<\/strong>.
You must enter the email address to which a 4-digit code<\/strong> will be sent. Additionally, you must mark that you have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy<\/strong> and click "Next<\/strong>".
Later, you must enter that code in the pop-up on the screen and click "Verify<\/strong>."<\/p>\n

Once that is done, you will need to verify your identity<\/strong>. The verification will be done live<\/strong> using Onfido,<\/strong> which specializes in secure identity verification. This information is provided on the page right before starting the process:<\/p>\n

You will then need to select the document issuing country and the type of document to upload. Passports<\/strong>, ID cards,<\/strong> and driver's licenses<\/strong> are accepted.
Once that is done and you press "Next<\/strong>", the page informing that the process needs to be done via a secure link\/connection<\/strong> will appear:\u00a0<\/p>\n

You will need to generate a secure link to connect to Onfido<\/strong> in one of the three offered ways. The most convenient way to continue the process is by scanning the QR code with your phone<\/strong>.
Once the QR code is scanned, you must take a picture or pictures of the selected document and a selfie of yourself.
If the sale is done via a computer, the pictures are taken with a mobile phone, and the computer screen displays that the phone is already connected.<\/p>\n

When the mobile phone is connected to Onfido, you are presented with a message informing you about the requirements not to close the computer's desktop<\/strong>, seeking help if you think that this is a scam and that the verification process will continue here.<\/p>\n

When "Continue<\/strong>" is pressed, you will be presented with a disclaimer to enable camera access<\/strong> throughout the process. When it is enabled, the camera will turn on, and you will be able to take pictures of the document:<\/p>\n

After taking a picture of a document and confirming its information is readable<\/strong>, you will need to take a selfie of your face<\/strong>. The face must fit in the contours on the camera's screen.
Once you take a selfie and confirm that the face is visible<\/strong>, you will see a message on the phone that the computer screen should be updated in a few moments. Then, you will be able to upload the files to the system.<\/p>\n

Once this is done, you will be asked to submit a mandatory KYC (know your Customer) questionnaire<\/strong>, with different questions complying with industry standards.\u00a0

When the questionnaire you submitted is reviewed, you can either proceed with the sale or have your transaction rejected.\u00a0\u00a0
If everything is in order, you must provide the card details to which you wish to receive the payout<\/strong>\u00a0and click "Next<\/strong>".<\/p>\n

Once this is done, you will see that the uploads and the information provided earlier are being verified.\u00a0<\/p>\n

If everything is in order, you will see a disclaimer on the screen informing you about the crucial requirements<\/strong> to continue the process. The disclaimer informs you only to send the previously selected amount, check the destination address carefully, and ensure<\/strong>\u00a0that the correct network is selected<\/strong> when withdrawing\/sending cryptocurrency from your wallet.<\/p>\n

Please be informed that you need to send the cryptocurrency from your wallet to the wallet address that will be provided. You can copy and paste the address or scan the QR code from your cryptocurrency wallet.

Note<\/strong><\/em>: Once the sale is finished, the euros will be deposited into your card within 24 hours. However, in most cases, it happens much\u00a0quicker.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Sometimes, your bank might reject the payout to the card.<\/strong> If that happens, we will inform you about the fact and ask you to provide details of a new card<\/strong> to finish the sale. You will need to enter the new card details, and we will try to execute the payment once again<\/strong>.
